When will my order arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch, though this may vary depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can use that to follow your delivery, or simply visit our Order Tracking page from the main menu — just enter your order number and email address.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder. Still can't find it? Just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Likewise, if it’s been over a week since you placed your order and it’s not appearing on our tracking page, please get in touch so we can investigate.
